Easy To Make Chocolate Cream

Chocolate is chocolate, delicious enough. But chocolate cream is something else! It's basically like eating the chocolate with a spoon.

I make it often for my friends as well as for my costumers and it's been on the menu of the few restaurants I have been working for.

It took me a while to perfect the recipe but I got just the wright one!

Trust me, if you are a chocolate lover you will just fall in love with this elegant and yummy dessert.

Ingredients:

600 ml heavy cream

200 ml milk

700 grams dark chocolate

5 eggs

Procedure:

Beat the eggs to foamy consistence.

Bring the cream and milk to boil, add dark chocolate and melt it.

Add melted chocolate to the eggs, slowly so you don't cook the eggs.

Fold it all gently and it's done!

Pour chocolate cream to cups and leave them in the fridge for at least an hour.

If you are in the mood for playing with the flavors you can add any spice that comes to your mind. I often use cardamom and cinnamon.
