Serbian Corn Bread PROJA With Cheese

If there's one thing everyone loves to eat when I prepare and always asks for a recipe it is most certainly Serbian Proja.
It's basically a corn bread but with some extra ingredients, depending of ones personal taste. I usually add cheese and bacon.
It's very easy to make and can be served with any meal you cook or can me served alone with a glass of yogurt. Can be eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
It's seriously one of the favorites of mine and others that have had a chance to taste Proja.
After searching for a perfect recipe this is the one that I have perfected and works form me and the others like a charm, so I'm going to share it here with you!
Ingredients:
13 tablespoons of corn flour
5 spoons of wheat flour
Four eggs
0.200 l yogurt
0.200 l sparkling water
0.100 l sunflower oil
9 grams baking powder
250 grams of fresh cheese or feta cheese
200 cubed bacon
Mix the corn and wheat flour, baking powder, yogurt, oil and sunflower oil in one bowl. When you get nice compact dough add cheese and bacon.
Spread in the deep baking tray and bake on 200 °C for first 10 minutes an than bake for 20 more minutes on 180 °C. Cool down a little bit and cut to desired pieces.
